Booking RequirementsAll appointments must be scheduled in advance through phone, text, or online booking.
A booking fee (commonly $20–$30) is required to secure the appointment.
The booking fee is applied toward the final invoice if repairs are approved.
📘 Travel Fee & Payment Policy.The travel fee most be paid in advance (before dispatch), and customers must provide accurate vehicle details, location, and a description of the issue.
1. Service Area A non‑refundable Mobile Mechanic/Travel fee (commonly $20–$60) is required to secure the appointment.
Service is available within a defined radius (e.g., 5–30 miles).
Additional travel fees may apply outside the standard service zone.
Unsafe or restricted locations may require rescheduling or relocation.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment: booking fee is retained but no additional charges apply.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or no‑shows: a late cancellation fee may apply (often $20–$60).
Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
3. On‑Site Requirements
The vehicle must be parked on a safe, level surface with enough space to work.
The customer (or authorized representative) must be present unless prior arrangements are made.
If conditions are unsafe or the vehicle is inaccessible, the mechanic may refuse service and the booking fee is forfeited.
4. Payment Policy
Full payment is due immediately upon completion of services.
Accepted payment methods: cash, debit/credit card, mobile payment apps, or approved financing.
Parts may require prepayment before ordering.
Unpaid invoices may incur late fees after 24–48 hours.
5. Diagnostic Policy
Diagnostic fees cover inspection and testing only.
If repairs are approved, diagnostic fees are applied toward the total cost.
If the customer declines repairs, the diagnostic fee remains non‑refundable.
6. Warranty & Liability
Labor warranty typically covers 30–90 days, depending on the repair.
Parts warranties follow the manufacturer’s terms.
No warranty applies to customer‑supplied parts.
The mechanic is not responsible for pre‑existing issues or unrelated failures.
8. Weather & Safety
Severe weather may require rescheduling for safety.
The mechanic may refuse service if conditions pose a risk to people or equipment.
9. Right to Refuse Service
Service may be refused for unsafe environments, hostile behavior, or fraudulent activity.
Booking fees remain non‑refundable in such cases.
